January 10: Informative return D-270.
January 15: Deadline for various taxes and returns (D-110, D-111, D-112, among others).
January 31: Annual return D-152.

D-169 Tax on Legal Entities
Published on 08/01/2026
The Corporate Income Tax (D-169) is currently being collected and must be paid before February 2, 2026.
✅ Companies registered as SMEs with the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Commerce (MEIC) are exempt from this payment.
